Your native Icelander and US based guide, Ásgeir Bollason is proud to guide you around his home isle of Iceland. Combining his love for the photo medium, and his insight into Iceland's history, culture and food he offers you a unique travel experience. Strandsel is named after his great-grandfather's farm in Westfjords where his grandfather and father were born and raised.

We operate a small number of exclusive tours annually to some of Iceland's most breathtaking and dramatic locales.
Ásgeir, a native professional photographer and guide, will lead you personally. Ásgeir graduated from the prestigious Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara and has extensive experience in travel and people photography. His travels have taken him to UK, Europe, Scandinavia, Marocco, Canada, USA, Mexico and Jamaica. He loves food and loves sharing the Icelandic food culture with his guest travelers.
